Hi

I'm currently living in Scotland

but have a mortgage on a property in Northern Ireland which has been granted by a court order to be taken on 22nd April.

The property is joint owned although my ex has now moved out and done a runner.

The house also is half owned by Coownership which is a company who helps first time buyers get onto the property ladder.

I am not wanting to stop it.

I simply want advice about where I can go bankrupt and the procedure as I'm not sure if the Scottish bankruptcy will cover Northern Ireland.

Also does a tax credits or council tax debt get wiped out by the bankruptcy??

Thanks in advance
