hi all, i have recently setup a dmpicon to pay of various credit cards and loans. on the 21/03/14 i received a letter from arrow global stating that the management of my account had been transferred to drydensfairfax solicitors. i contacted them two days ago and they said their system had not been up dated with my details and they would call me back (still waiting). this morning i received a letter threatening court action if i don't start paying them. any help would be much appreciated

Dryden Fairfax are acting on behalf of Arrow Global - if you have a payment plan in place via your DMP, then you should ask them to contact Dryden fairfax with the details of the payment date, amount.

 

Is this a fee charging DMP or somewhere like StepChange, PayPlan ?

thanks for the reply,the dmp is with Stepchange

 

Righto, confirm with them they have contacted Arrow Global and that payments have been or will be made. You require the date the payment will be hitting the account.

 

If this were me, I would let StepChange have a copy of the letter you received and ask if they can deal with this for you.

would it be wise to ask for the original credit agreement even though i have a dmp set up as i have not paid any moneys to these people yet and i'm not 100% sure which debt this is?
