I've had a couple of dodgy things happen with my gmail over the last few days, such as old contacts apparently wanting to connect and then I click the link and it goes to an ad about weight loss plans. Now I've had this email to my Hotmail account and wondering if it's for real.

Hi Caro,

We prevented the sign-in attempt in case this was a hijacker trying to access your account. Please review the details of the sign-in attempt:

28th feb it shows the browser we used at work at the time and a location about 70 miles away where we have an office. Most of the IT stuff is located where I work but I think there may be back up servers at the other office. Does that seem plausible?
