Hi ant1977

They are one of the smaller Utility providers. I think you need to find out if you are getting a good deal regarding their tariffs and customer service. With Utility companies I think pricing comes before customer service, how often are you going to communicate with them after the tariffs are set up? The only communications you will have is when things go wrong.

Find out what you are paying, then use a comparison site.

Hi

Agree!

It all depends on what type of meter. If you have a pre payment meter, this will obviously be different from the direct debit rate.

Either way, you will be stuck with them for the first couple of months if you find they are not the best value.

If you do two meter readings 24 hours apart to see what you use on an average day, you can then calculate what it is likely to cost over a year (very roughly) then use a comparison site to see what is best for your needs

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.

Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any comment made, you should see a qualified solicitor
