What a surprise - only 2 of my disabilities are in that list. One falls into group one and the other into group two.

All in Group Two are debilitating conditions.

However, I am surprised that missing legs and other appendages are not included on the list. Missing a leg 5 points, two legs 14 points, etc.

Arthritis and rheumatism are not included but some diseases associated with these general ailments are in the top group.

An ATOS assessment pronouncing somebody recovered enough to work in group 2 is mostly a rather cruel trick (sadistic) when the patient realises he is not really better at all. And probably not ever going to recover. With brain injuries and diseases, the patient often does not know how serious his condition is.

Is it negligence or psychological torture?
