...Where you tell a DCA that the T and C of a credit agreement are illegible 4 times .

..and then they send you T and C Blown up to the size of a poster I can pin on my Bedroom wall ?

( I would rather a poster of Peter Andre if Im honest ).

 

.I have questioned them so many times about this even to the point

where a SARs told me they have too questioned the illegibility and asked the OC to repurchase debt....

 

Talk about Pedantic

..they have failed to answer my Question and explain why they have also found the T and Cs to be illegible also

and why they have asked OC to buy back

..I know people say dont keep writing and to leave be coz if they were going to do anything they would of by now.

Not a lot of help but when I get this I use the letters as cat litter tray liners (the cat loves it) and ignore them.

Write back to them - but put one letter on each sheet of A4 paper so they have to arrange it them selfs.
