Hi, don't know how this works and don't know if I am in the right section, but maybe somebody can help me out..

I recently took a car out on finance at the time I was in full time employment and had good income now circumstances have changed and I am no longer in full time employment as I decided to go back to college and study. Therefore the monthly payments are now too high and I can't afford them so I want to get out of the credit agreement.. I did have savings to clear the negetive equity I would be left in but I used that to pay for my college course. So I wondered if anyone knew how to go about getting rid of the car and what my rights are on doing so.. The credit agreement is through FORD CREDIT.

Thanks James Dutton
