I got a fine threw the post from the 03/07/2013 that I parked or entered a pedestrion zone but the street they quoted does not excist I put it into all the search engines and not one of them have it in there.

Is there anything I can do to challange this as I know if the street is not real I cannot park there.

What type of things should I put in the letter to parking agentcy should I put it in as long or just straight to the point.

Thanks for help

Straight to the point - there is no mileage in waffling as it will just detract from the main issue, which is .. they have issued a parking ticket for parking somewhere that doesn't exist. Priceless

Contravention didn't occur. Procedural impropriety.

It'll no doubt be rejected at both informal and formal representation stage with the council so you'll have to go to adjudication.

straight to the point, I was issued a parking tickets (PCN) parked illegally in police court street (Derry/londonderry I would like this dropped as the street does not exist and as a PCN cannot be amended (a street added and the parking officer got mixed up) then there is no option but to forgive the ticket in question..

Would this work if I send this off?

Again thanks

I remeber what happened and why I did not get the reduced fee of £45 I was in the zones admitedly but as the attendent pulled the ticket out I removed myself from the area and parked around the corner in sackville street this was before the agent put the fine upon my windscreen then as I was driving off I glanced in the rear view mirror and seen the agent put the ticket in the bin so I didn't expect the ticket other wise I would have seeked advice sooner rather than 1 month later
