Hi are there any representitives on here from Scottish Power ?

I had just had a letter from Scottish Power stating they have registered a default on my credit file for an estimated bill which remans unpaid.

It remains unpaid due to them not yet transferring my services from another provider so is this legal ?

They have connected the Electric but not duel fule as requested.

Where do I stand ? I have been with another provider for over a year now waiting for them to actiom my request only they will not do it for some reason,

any offer of help or advice would be most welcome

yes we have a rep and i'l alert them for tomorrow

I've moved you thread to the utils forum

as it wont get seen in the hello forum

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi Andyglover

The Scottish Power Rep has not been on this site since September 2013.

Write a Formal Letter of Complaint, mark it as such. Explain what's happened, how they have let you down and what they want you to do.

Send it to:-

Mr Neil Clitheroe

CEO Retail

Scottish Power

neil.clitheroe@scottishpower.com

You could consider filing a Complaint with the ICO as DCA's are chasing you and Defaults have been added to your credit file, because Scottish Power haven't dealt with the matter correctly -
