Hi everyone....

In an effort to give up smoking i ordered online an electric cigarette and 4 boxes of refills which amounted to £44 something which was debited from my bank account on 16th January.

The product was advertised as first class post, but never even arrived.

I have tried phoning the company every day for the past week and all i get is a message advising me to email. So i then send emails but still get no reply.

My next option is to write a letter to them and was wondering what i could say or whether to contact the cab? I'm not good at compiling letters.

But surely this company cannot be allowed to take my money and not provide the service?

Any help would be appreciated.

Kind regards.

Are you allowed to post the website?

What does it say the delivery time is? I ask because the website may order from a 3rd party and only places their order when they take the money.

Just wondering whether it is up to 28 days or something?

I'm not sure if i'm 'allowed' to post the website?

But the delivery clearly states first class and delivered within 3 days.According to the account i created with them,it was despatched almost immediately.

Do a chargeback. Don't expect much cooperation from your bank. Do everything in writing or confirm it in writing. Don't rely on the phone.

Write to the company by letter and by email and cancel the order.

Contact Action Fraud and make a complaint.
