Hi all, new here and looking for advice.

 

I have a debt with a PPI claim company for there fees and on there letters they state that if the debt is not paid they will refer the debt to there recovery agents Daniels Silverman and add 15% plus VAT. I have since been contacted by a different DCA in relation to the above debt who are charging different fees, should I have any contact with them or refer them to the letter from the creditor stating they are not the named recovery agent in the letter?

what fees are you talking about? need more details, but in generl these companies should not be charging fees unless they win your PPI claim,

 

and it is easy to reclaim your own ppi, there is no need to use these sharks anyway

Make a formal complaint to the MOJ about this outfit, fee paying PPI claims companies need shutting down, they do absolutely nothing that merits any form of payment.

If a PPI Claim Company are pursuing you for their fees after being unsuccessful in obtaining your PPI refund, then you need to make a complain to the Ministry of Justice who regulate these Companies, the complaints is http://www.justice.gov.uk/complaints/moj
