DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

hi

I've received an email saying that current accounts are not subject to sar thing as only 2% of this alleged debt is a current account the rest is a loan and they put them together.

However the good thing is after telling them that I'm going to the fos for harassment as this is now statute barred

they have emailed me saying they have returned it to hsbc as yes it is statute barred

and they cannot locate the original documentation so their files are now closed

and they will not contact me again.

They do however do not accept they were harassing me and the debt still remains due :) :)

Yes good result.

Current accounts ARE subject to a SAR.

You can still make a formal complaint about HSBC for passing on a SB account without informing the gophers paid to collect it.

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
