Hi guys, I hope you can help!

I don't actually have a problem yet but I'm concerned I'm going to.

I stupidly just took out a paday loan with cash genie (really should have looked on here first!)

Now I shouldn't have any problem paying the loan back on my payday but I'm concerned as they seem to raid people's banks quite a lot, is this only of you miss a payment? Any advice would be great thanks, I just want to get this paid and get rid of them before there is a problem

Dav.

Well, get the thing paid off first and be done with payday loans forever!

There is that possibility that they could tamper with your account after you've cleared your loan.

I advocate to anyone that they get their bank details changed after dealing with payday loan companies, or at the very least get a new card.

I agree with Poguesy, once you have repaid this loan get a new bank card and if possible get another bank account set up, use the new one to protect your income and pay people from the old one. It seems to be the only way to be safe these days.

To add to it. Make sure that the new bank isnt in the same group of companies as the old one. RBS are one of the worst for a certain situation lately.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks
