2 Different Debt collectors letters, days apart!

Hi All

 

After the last time i posted, ive had 2 more letters from debt collecting agencies! 1 from Logic and 1 from scotcall.

 

Logic are still threatening possible legal action through a local county court which they say could mean, a judgement, attachment of earnings or a warrant being issued! what do they mean by a warrant?

Or a field collector will call.

 

scotcall are saying ive got 10 days to make a payment to prevent further action being taken but they dont say what the action will be. They also addressed the letter to Dear Sir/Madam, i thought that was a bit odd.

 

it is only 7 wks away from being statute barred, is it likely that they will take action before then?

 

They say that they are both acting on behalf of cabot, i get letters from both logic and scotcall every 2 wks now.

 

im seriously getting stressed now, i hate coming home to find another letter.
