I have received a text message today from Collector stating that they are due to call at my work now!! and to call 01617381204 to make a payment today. I have a debt management plan working onthis but i am still being contacted, is it just to scare me?

There are contact phone nos on both sites - tell them you are in a DMP but the company are still threatening you.

 

It is against guidelines to ignore a DMP and contact people by phone or in person at work.

 

Also report it to your phone provider and ask them to treat it as a threatening message.

Yes I wud say so when this happened to me I just called and told them to call "sarah" at "debt management company" and hung up. Then I wud call the bebt management company and complain that you are being harrassed at work. After all this is what you pay them to manage. X

I have told them that i have a DMp but they said we do not deal with them!! I have contacted my DMP however it is new so they are still setting everything up i have said how urgent it is as i feel threatened
