Hi everyone I got a letter last week off income support (which I rightly claim as a single parent) saying a query has arisen within my claim and they need to come to my home to discuss this. I think my ex husband has rang saying my partner lives here. Which he does not he lives with his mum. What happened was we (my boyfriend and me) spoke to my kids about maybe my partner moving in about june ish to see how they would feel etc. They then went off to there dad's at the weekend and my four year old wrongly told her dad (my ex's) that my partner was moving in so this is why I think he has called. I am a natural worrier and this is upseting me even though I know I have done nothing wrong. Can anyone tell me what they can do when they visit I have nothing to hide and they can freely look around but id like to know what to expect. There are items around the house that look manly like lynx wash and xbox but they are my son's. Im worried they will mistake this for evidence. Any advice or anyone had this kind of visit? Thank you

Yes I wud say so when this happened to me I just called and told them to call "sarah" at "debt management company" and hung up. Then I wud call the bebt management company and complain that you are being harrassed at work. After all this is what you pay them to manage. X

And I have had a letter saying some woman will call at my house on Monday to discuss this further. Is this what happened to you? Can anyone else offer advice help?

I recieved my second letter this morning that my appeal wasnt allowed as the car park is clearly posted and i did not get a ticket i LMAO. Keep em coming i want the full collection excel he he he

Thanks for telling me to read this. It has helped to ease my mind but i have to say these letters will still effect me coz thats just who i am. But thanks to you lot on here i will feel 100% better about ignoring it until they show me STAMPED court papers which is apparently not going to happen but as previosly said i can see me being the unfortunate one that goes to court to be made an example of lol. I thank you all for your help in this matter and just cant believe these bullies get away wioth these charges I will be going to my local news paper anon also to warn others about these [problem] artists. I have looked at the dvla web site and I get 20 different reasons/options to send them an e-mail but i have to give out alot of my information. I will do my upmost to ignore these threats from these bullies. I cant believe this is a [problem] this shout be public knowledge i have so many friends that have paid this. Thank god for my teacher that told me to look this forum up. I will keep everyone posted on prgress THANKS

Yes its excel parking private car park was going to pay it straight away but thought id try appealling then my teacher heard about who was charging me and told me not to pay it but im a worrier so jumped online to find out more and found this site.

I have been fined for not having a car parking ticket in grimsby. Unfortunatley i did not find this forum beofre e-mailing bk i have told them that on the day in question 14/06/2010 i was rushing to an exam and only realised my mistake once sat in my exam which i could not leave and have asked for compasion from them but by the sounds of this forum i will be unsucessful. Any suggestions????? I am a single parent who cant not afford this and there asking for £60 by 14/7/2010 or it rises to £100 PLEASE ANY HELP WILL DO?????
