Hi all,

I am back to pursue a couple of cases for my partner now and, having not been active on this site for a few years, I am a bit rusty as to the procedure (I'm guessing things have changed in this time)

Can someone point me in the general direction of the procedure for reclaiming bank charges please. The Wiki hasn't been updated for a long time and I'm not sure how current it is.

Bluey

P.S. Hi to all my old friends on here. When I am up to speed I will return to helping out where I can.

BEFORE starting your claim read through the FAQ's and if there's something you aren't sure of then ask.

Just choose the appropriate bank and off you go

Just a heads up....current account/overdraft charges will will be pretty much a non starter unless you put in a hardship claim or use BCOBS...start research on BCOBS here

Hmm, bank charges.. you really are a bit behind the times..

The OFT lost their case agains the banks in 2009 and bank charge reclaims are pretty much dead in the water.

You can claim PPI if mis sold and credit card charges.. You could also have a read of the BCOBs articles in my signature - highlighted in green.. to see if that will be of any help.
