Urgent PayDay Loan Advice Please!!!!!! :(

Hi All

 

Looking for advice really!!

 

I have the following PayDay Loans:

 

Quickquid - £1000

Payday Express - £350

Speed-e-Loans - £390

 

I also have 2 Credit Cards totally £500 (both Capital One)

 

I was wondering if anyone has had dealings or would know if any of these companies would set up payment plans etc with me?? And if so, what the terms / payments are like, and how easy are they to deal with??

 

As its a new year, want to get all this sorted, so any help would be appreciated!!

QQ - normally only 3 month deals are accepted and they dont give bank details. You might have to wait for DCA if they dont accept or if you cant afford that. Speed-e-loans - offer them £78.00 per month they should accept quite easy, but make sure to pay direct. Payday Express should accept £35.00 per month for 10 months. I'm not sure what you can afford each month but i think you should be able to get away quite easily with these offers.

Realistically, I doubt I will be able to pay QQ over a 3 month period.. Maybe if I get rid of the others first!!

 

Speed-e-loans: what do you mean by paying direct?

 

Also, should I get a new bank account before I do any of this? As my wages currently go into the same account the payday loans come out of!!!

Payday express... Hopefully they are better with you than they are being with me. I could easily go and fill the rest of this thread with profanity about that company - but I won't lol.

 

YES GET A NEW BANK ACCOUNT NOW!!!! They will bleed your account dry!! Read some of the other posts in here!!! They're are ruthless lol.

 

Let us know how you get on with each company.

 

Prob will be best to wait til QQ have passed the debt on to mucky hall or MMF! They are bottom feeders but in a different league to payday loans - higher chance of then accepting a repayment plan after a while!

I must add that quick quid do payment plans over six months and they have defo turned the corner in helping customers in debt now ...I know what I'm talking about and they will help most customers but u have to default first and let them know by email ur goin to default then after u default email them again reminding them and they should help in genuine cases ...not everyone gets help from them yes but I have seen a massive change in them over this past year but I do warn everyone to stay away from them as they do raid bank accounts as previously stated on my qq forums and do not use them ever again

I don't know if my situation will help you see some light at the end of the tunnel but i am going through financial difficulty at the moment and have a £440 (plus £110) interest with payday express, have had it deferring over a few months and i phoned them before Christmas to advise them of this, as i am sick of paying interest and nothing else. I was passed from pillar to post and had my account on hold for 2 weeks. They took £45 late payment fees from my account today and I spoke to a few people then a manager phoned me back quite a few hours later. He told me my account was now £660 as more interest had been added. He credited the £110 and also put the £45 back in my bank account and agreed a payment plan with me for £10.00 per week with no extra interest.

Keep at them...they will give in! I have received my credit agreement via email

You would need to enquire with them, but maybe spread it over a couple of Credit Unions:-

Hi All,

 

I've got myself into a bit of a pickle any advice would be appreciated as I need to act fast. I have the following payday loans.

 

Wage Day Advance - £168.35 (Roll Over - £43.35)

Quick Quid - £1000.00 (Roll Over - £200.00)

Payday Express - £350.00 (Roll Over - £70.00)

Speed-E-Loans - £396.00 (Roll Over - £90.00)

Mr Lender - £332.00 (Roll Over - £75.00)

Capital Finance One - £347.50 (Roll Over - £97.50)

 

I also owe the following:

 

Argos - £400.00

H&M Online - £110.00

New Look - £130.00

Capital One - £500.00

Other Loan - £177.80 Per Month

 

I am in the process of setting up a new Bank Account but it will not be sorted in time for Payday (31 January 2012)

 

What would you suggest?

 

I have seen somewhere I should cancel any Direct Debits + my Debit Card, but what if I don't get a replacement by Payday?

 

Next month I plan to Transfer my Wages into a New Account keep debts in my old account and write to each Creditor to arrange Payment Plans, however I don't want to do this before my Wages have been moved as I am scared they will clear my Bank Account.

 

I am also worried if I do not pay all these companies, they will start bugging me at Work.. which I DONT want...

 

Any advise would be most Welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am starting to really panic now
