right I currently have two issues!

first is an ongoing fault with a car we bought nearly two years ago! the fault has never been fixed as it is an intermittent fault (although it has been witnessed by independent mechanic, sent by the finance company) the garage said they would replace the car like for like but never came through with this and been waiting 8 months. so now the problem being the finance company agree we have grounds to reject the car on the grounds of it not being fit for purpose! but the garage have refused to have anything to do with it. Spoke tot rading standards and they agree we have grounds to reject! but we have wrote to finance company and they have replied saying they are awaiting response from garage! just so frustrated as the problem is worse on car and even tho we paid for the added warranty to have car repaired when purchasing it.... the garage are refusing to look at it. ANy advice would be grateful as I feel we are really being messed about!

2nd problem. Bought a kitchen 3 years ago including hob and oven, recently the seal has broke on oven and top oven and on trying to order new ones we have been told the model is now obsilete and we can not get replacement parts! so we are now left with an expensive oven that we can not use. anyone any ideas, what we can do? we rang stoves who made oven but they said they can not do anything and its down to company who sold it! be grateful for any advice as currently without oven :-(

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

That is correct.

It is down to the company who sold it, so you need to have go the company.

If they can't repair or replace then you are entitled to a partial refund, instead, so long as you can prove your case against them.
