Hiya,

i'm new to this site but unfortunately not new to log books loans. After reading through this site I realised that there are many more people like me have fallen into the hands of this dispicable company! I took out a loan £1500 and had my car taken away twice. Both times I paid straight away to get it back but it took me days and I had to go over 20 miles to collect it. The second time i had my baby seat in it and so could'nt go anywhere with my baby or get to work.

I reckon in the end they had around £8000 off me! Does anybody know if there is anyway I could go about trying to recieve some of this back now the account is closed, or is it a case of too little too late?

Ta V much

Hi

Welcome to The Consumer Action Group.

I am just letting you know that as you haven't had any replies to your post yet, it might be better if you post your message again in an appropriate sub-forum. You will get lots of help there.

Also take some time to read around the forum and get used to the layout. It is a big forum and takes a lot of getting used to.

Once you start to find your way, you will soon realise that it is fairly easy to get round and to get the help you need.

It can be bit confusing at first.

Please be advised that my time will be limited for the next few weeks. Thanks for your understanding.
