make sure the external HDD's power supply is working

if you are connecting via USB then its dragging the %volt line of the USB down , hence stopping the PC booting.

else you've go the boot order set to ext USB first in the bios.

My son has a £2 bet on the football every Saturday and he was just waiting for Hearts to score to win £30 (don't know what the other teams in the bet were, just know he jumped for joy when they scored).

if you mean via outlook?

one will suck the mail off and delete it from your ISP's server

unless you set outlook NOT to delete the mail at server end

but then you server mailbox will become full after about i month and stop.

up to you.

Or you could just make a new email address (not Outlook) for free. Googlemail, Hotmail etc. The former being my preferred one. You can then access your email from any computer/laptop in the world. You just have to make sure that if you do use another system, to make sure that you click on 'Never remember my password from this computer'.

If all else fails, kick them where it hurts and SOD'EM;)
