Well I know from the manager I spoke to, that Smile have set up a specific team to deal with unfair bank charge claims, and that they work from 8am - 4 pm. But apart from that no names I'm afraid.

I was told that the complaints team don’t speak to customers unless they (the complaints team) ask to speak to them. I must say I don’t have much luck with emails and phone calls with smile myself. I would suggest that you stick to your timetable and plough ahead.

 

Maybe give them a phone call and say you are trying to avoid court action against smile. If that is unsuccessful go ahead with the MCOL. If you do it at the weekend, it would be processed at 10.00 am on Monday and then I think it is 5 days to be served, and then smile have 14 days to respond, so you don’t need to worry about being away.
