creation finance late fees - help

Hi

 

I recently purchased a tv from pc world using one of their finance packages, the company involved with the finance is called Creationcf.

 

Basically i missed a payment and for that they charged £30 and then wrote me a letter on the 22nd stating i am in arrears and need to make a payment within the next 7 days, the 7 days was up yesterday and i have agian been charged another £25, i made the full arrears payment today including all there charges.

 

Is there anyway i can reclaim the charges?

It would be worth writing to them first asking them to refund the payments as it was a simple mistake and as a gesture of goodwill they should refund what clearly are "penalties" and not actual "charges"
