Clint,

not only does it seem that simple, but it is!! I have only been using the 'simple' spreadsheet cos I've not had time or inclination to get my head around the complicated (advanced) one. But make sure that you identify the charge exactly as it is stated on your statement, this can then be identified against the Bank's own list of charges so that there is no confusion about what you are claiming. Having said that, one of Cobblers' delaying tactics is to ask for extra info on the charges, almost as if you have never informed the Bank and the Bank has not passed on this info to their own solicitor!! Make sure that when you send the Court your Schedule of charges you send a copy to the RBS Branch and then copies to Cobblers as required during MCOL stages, making sure you info the Court that you have done this!!

As you can now see! she seems to go on about credit cards? I do have a claim against RBS card but that went to Edinburgh and is seperate to this which is for my bank account. Also the "credit your account" i would rather a Cq!

Ah Got it.

This appears to be a standard letter (universal)

You should carry on with your claim as per the procedure.

Send the reject letter its in the bamk temps folder.

Sorry I forgot.......you can make it a condition of settlement that the payment method is decided by you ie cheque.

Make it clear that you will only consider the matter settled once the cheque is safely with you

Anyone tell me what a maintenence charge is? I have it @ £28 every month. Is this for my overdraft i guess? It is just a standard current account.

Clint,

yes and no, what level of Royalties are you at, you may find that this is your Royalties subscritption and OD charges, I have these so subtract the £14 Royalties subscritpion and book the rest against the spreadsheet.
