Im in a total hell scenario with 7 payday loans I simply can no longer pay.

The short question is, can I stop them calling my work as this is putting my job at risk?

I mean legally stop them calling by putting something in writing or quoting a data protection stuff

Plz help

one thing at a time - first things first i dont believe you can "stop" them calling your work - you can threaten and write letters and emails but they will 99% be ignored.

Who are the loans with so we can try and establish how to deal with each of them...

With most lenders as with past experience and the experience of others honesty and good communication is key to getting them off your back and not calling your work too much - ignoring them will agitate them and the situation and will mean they will call more... Let us know and we'll do what we can.

Jamie is right. There are ways of stopping them calling but it takes time and you will have had the calls. Never a bad idea to let them know you will answer your mobile or return their call when convenient. If you ignore them they will call your work.

Looking at your user name suggests log book loan issues? - there is a forum on here just fir that if you need.
