i would not wait till JBW turn up to remove the car before showing them a copy of the HP agreement

 

I would send both the council and jbw a copy of the HP agreement and put them on notice that you have now provided proof that the car is on HP therefore any enforcement action regarding the car bailiff levy fees removal/sale of said car would would be unlawful

im going to do that as soon as i get the copy from finance company, one of the finance reps is popping in tonight with a copy of our aagreement as i cant find it anywhere so i have to fax it to them tonight, hopefully that will work, im going to send copies of all the documents relating to law from the legal services who are sending them to me first class il get them hopefully tomorrow, i was hoping to have them today but they didnt come in post yet, thanks guys

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
