Ahoy there,

The missus racked up a fair few money shop payday loans til it was at the pouint she couldn't pay them. They were unhelpful for a few months until last month when they offered her a loan to pay off the payday loans.

Now, she has gone on the sick and cant afford to pay the £80 quid(by cheque) and I was going to cover it.

However, I have found out the first chuque will be cashed on the 12th, not the 28th as I had originally thought. I have seen somewhere else someone was given a link to a template letter that basically stated she cant pay, she withdraws her consent to take funds or cash cheques and offers X amount in repayment of the loan.

Where is it please?

Quite urgent as i have about 2 days to sort it out, or its £76 of bank charges from Natwest

I would imagine your only chance is to appeal to their better nature in person. They may even have sent the first cheque to their bank to hit the Nat West account for 'payment day'. I did read somewher that their head office can intervene on occasions. Their branches usually being unhelpful.

By the way didn't Nat West reduce their charges to a fiver a pop. I am with them and saw something along those lines.

Good luck
