Hi, my situation is that I enrolled onto a course last year with ICS Learn Ltd and 6 months into the course I decided to take on a different career path which meant I did not have to complete the course I enrolled for. I sent ICS Learn a few emails but got no replies. I then cancelled my direct debit with them and a few weeks later I got a DCA (Clarity) chasing me for the remaining balance. I have since sent ICS Learn a further couple of emails but they are just plain ignoring me. What is my next course of action to do? I also did not submit of any of the coursework provided / required as part of the course so I am angry they are chasing me for the remainder of the course balance really.

I would send a 'prove it' letter to Clarity. Link below. Put on the top of the letter I DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANY DEBT TO YOUR COMPANY. See if they come up with the agreement. Do not sign the letter.

Finally got a letter back today from Clarity to confirm what they had already said before i.e. terms and conditions online and that they will now revert back to the client on what to do next.

Buttttttt then I also got a letter from 'Commercial Credit Services' this morning as well saying that they are now commencing legal proceedings for the same account.

What do I do now? Start over the same process with CCS?
