CRAs ....linked address and help please

Hi,

 

Just had a email from Experian, wont remove a linked address from 2005 ...

 

I moved from my old address for 6 years and two months ago ..

 

They said they store them for 8 years what is the reason for this .. I thought they only keep information for 6 years. So if anyone searched my old address what could they see ???? seems like big brother

 

I still have a contentious CCJ on my file, The claimant has just written to the Northampton County Bulk Kangeroo court asking them to set the CCJ aside from 5 years ago.

 

They agreed it was sent to me at an old address and I had provided a new address they wont admit that on paper to though - dont want to lose face.

 

That CCJ was sent to my old address -I am sick to death of Experian and that county court who will stamp anything anyone send them as long as they pay the appropriate fee :mad::mad:

 

I dont think these CCJs should be entered unless the claimant has a correct address ... CCJs for less than £1000 should be banned anyway !:D:D:D

 

Can anyone much wiser than me please help me
