Hello again

One of the L-TSB debts has been sold to Capquest... it is the one that L-TSB cannot produce any paperwork for. It is a pleasant enough letter... but they won't be getting any money from us. We have had no notice of assignment from L-TSB, and the account is in dispute anyhow. Do I send them a copy of the in dispute letter or do I just store up their paperwork for bonfire night?

It's funny, but the other L-TSB debt (which is still with them according to the credit report) that the Financial Ombudsman ruled on has gone very quiet (bet I've just stuck my hand in the hornet's nest by posting that!)...

Either the new owner or the Original Creditor can advise of the assignment.

If you advise of the dispute then you will probably end up in letter tennis. However, if you don't, then they might start getting unpleasant. :)
