I've racked up a lot of charges over the years for late payments on my HSBC credit card and was actually told this morning that due to me not paying my minimum payment yesterday I've incurred another £20.00 fine, joy!

I'm in the early stages of gaining a schedule of charges for my current account for which I understand the penalties are recoverable. For my credit card however, are these charges recoverable too?????

any feedback or success stories would be very reassuring!!!!

thanks.

Hi Holteender , welcome to the forum :)

You say that you are in the early stages of reclaiming your Current account charges , if you sent a SAR then you should get all the stuff they have on your Credit Card Account too ...... all for the same tenner ......

If you didn't send a SAR you want a CCA for your Credit Card documents :
