does anyone know if personal details of br are kept confidential,

i understand misuse of money ie gamberling are published but are personal problems associated with br such as depression and losing the will to live made public?

thankfully time has been a healer, but the consequences of that time has got me here, out of the fryng pan and into the fire, ive nothing to hide just stuff i dont want all and sundry to know

Hi us the people, certain details are made public such as name address business name etc and a brief explaination of what led up to the bankruptcy are revealed to creditors. The OR has strict guidlines about what can be said and often uses euphemisms to protect privacy. so for instance if depression leading to being sacked was the reason fro the bankruptcy then the OR would usually write something like "illness leading to a reduction in income" and so on and they try to keep it very generic
