When I signed up to AOL , I was told I could either have a laptop or a PS3, for "free". On that basis , I signed up. After waiting for a few weeks for my laptop and not recieving it, I contacted AOL who told me that the free offers no longer applied and I would not be getting the laptop. This despite being given three different dates for delivery , and to make sure someone was at the house to sign !! I complained to AOL, but all they said was that I could cancel my contract with no penalty. Aol also told me that any bills I had could only be accessed on line. I asked if I could get paper billing , but was told no. Can they do this ?. Would it be to late to cancel the contract, (six months old).

Light travels faster than sound.............that's why some people appear bright until you hear them speak
