Hi i used to have a muticar policy with admiral with 4 cars on. I missed a payment in december and they said they would just spread the payment across the rest of the payments, to which i agreed. The payments then jumped up, and then again when i changed one of the cars. In the end it just wasnt worth the rediculous premium so i wrote to them to cancel it and too out new insurance with some one else for the start of march.

Today i received a letter from a debt collection agency saying i owe them over £600??

After ringing and i cancelled the policy back in febuary, they have told me this.

I didn't cancel the policy, they did for 'non payment'

I owe them januarys payment, and march's payments

And a there is a cancellation fee of £30 per car and i had 4 cars on there!

This is reduculous do you not think?

The policy was a Multicar policy not 4 individual seperate policys.

Anyone got any advice?

thanks
