I am new to this site but i really need some advise.

Having seen many people win 'unenforceable cca' it got me thinking.

I am 99.9% certain that i wasnt even 18 when Lloyds tsb offered me a credit card!

So i sent them a letter with £1 for a copy of my CCA.

After 4 months I hadnt heard nothing and sort of forgot all about it until I seen the person who lives in my old house and said there was mail.

Upon collection of my mail, one letter was from lloyds and inside was a copy of terms and conditions of credit cards....No signature or personal details at all...but also sent to my old address.

Any ideas where i can go to from here? As this didnt have a date on etc I cant see how old i actually was when i took this credit card.

It was before April 2006 aswell so hopefully there is somethin I can do!!

I doubt you would have been issued one if you weren't 18. What makes an agreement enforceable is a reference to a credit limit, an interest rate and a repayment schedule and they must be in the same section as the signature box. Sounds as if what they have sent you is just a copy of the Terms and Conditions and no agreement.
