I have fallen into 5 months worth of arrears and @ve just arrived home to find a court date from the mortgage companie solicitors claiming repossession. I am now very worried after I suppose sticking my head in the sand. My partenr will go mental so nobody else please have a go at me too.

can it be stopped if I can clear the arrears? Also my partner placed a £32000 deposit on the home so will she lose that money?

I feel sick and desperate now and any advice would be more than welcome.
