just caught an ad on an obscure satellite channel for a firm who are obviously jumping on the bandwagon of unenforceable agreements and who are of course charging for the info--which probably came from here in the first place!!

Yes, I've seen the ads to - I think a complaint to the OFT and Advertising Standards is in order.

 

I think the tv advertising industry is suffering as they can't advertise First Plus or other loan companies now as nobody is lending.... their feeding frenzy has left them bloated and unable to function properly.

There's a bunch called capital returns who have been blanket bombing our local Town with information about reclaimimng money using the CCA. They have a web site www.capitalreturns.co.uk

The local paper has ads for those leeches at least 1 or 2 companies each week.

Real Radio have been advertising one of these frims recetnly in South Wales - I had great pleasure in telling someone that they could get it all doen for free - just by using CAG!

I had an email from one of these leaches offering to 'help' me for a fee running into hundreds of pounds; I would normally have just deleted it but I was so incensed by their shameless profiteering from misery that I wrote and told them I could do the same for myself at a total cost of £1.00, they didn't write back.
