My mate is about to start going for a claim against LloydsTSB, just looking through their account and looking at different charges, my question is which of these can be claimed against since some of the codes are vauge

ie.

FEE = Account Charge £5.00

DEB = Cash Charge £2.17 (why it's their money,even when in the account is in the black ?)

CHG = UNPLANNED O/D FEES £30
