Hi - heres hoping that somebody can clarify something for me. I was referred to this site by http://www.moneysavingexpert.com and so have been following the instructions on that site - there is one thing that is not quite clear though.

I have contacted First Direct using your template to request bank statements etc for the last 6 years - I actually did this by e mail and they still responded. I have now received about half a ream of paper from them without any problems containing all of the information that I need. I am now going to do the spreadsheet to calculate the total of bank charges levied by the bank in the last 6 years. My question is this - do I send a copy of the calculations with my next letter which is the preliminary one to request a refund ?
