Hi everyone

Just a quickie to find out if anyone knows anything about contract law and if this comes under the remiss of unfair terms and conditions or other regs as the holiday offered at £9.50 was not available at £9.50

We collected or sun tokens and went online and booked our sun £9.50 holiday, the park we chose was a caravan site in Devon, nothing flash.

In the sites normal (non sun) brochure this is a self catering site, you could upgrade to half board at a fee, however when you booked through the sun you "had" to go half board and I have just had a bill from them for another £230 on top of the £38 that they have already had.

As half board is an optional extra to all other customers except Sun £9.50 holiday buyers would we be legally within our rights to opt out of the half board at £12 per person per day as this is a rip off for a breakfast on a camp site

If it was cleaqr from the site's information that half board was oblgatory, then you are bound by it.

However, it sounds very unfair and I would complain to TS under the new Unfair Commercial practices regs.
