I am handing in my claim for this years bank charges as the bank have not issued the rest of my statements can i put on the same form that these have been requested and that they are in breach of the data protection act, any info gratefully recieved as these are due at bank tomorrow.

Personally, I'd wait for the 40 day DPA deadline to expire and see if all of your statement arrive.

 

Then if they haven't, lodge a complaint against the Bank (Which one is it by the way?) with the Information Commissioner's Office.

 

I find it easier to keep track of things when I know exactly how much is due.

Thanks for reply the 40 days are up i have emailed commissioners office, my problem is what do i put on papers for court regarding non compliance, by the way my bank is the abbey. thanks for help. jacks
