Had a letter from Link Financial today saying please find enclosed the documents that i requested from them and guess what it was??

Yep a copy of the illegible aplication form.

These guys are jokers i bet they havent even noticed that its illegible

I have wrote back explaining that an illegible application is not sufficient to comply with my request under section 77-79 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

This is what MBNA sent trading standards after i made a complaint.

haha I love number 4) such arrogance :-)

I'm afraid only the court can rule on illegible documents, FOS and Trading standards can give opinions and the FOS's will ALWAYS be "you have had the money, a document exists, who cares whats on the document, its signed..pay up"

Been very Quiet but today i had a letter from Link Financial

Briefly Saying that Link had been unsuccessful in recovering the outstanding balance and i have 14 days to pay up or they will obtain and enforce a county court judgement

I have wrote back and thanked them for finally taking me to court to sort the matter out and reminded them to bring an eligible copy of my alleged credit agreement

Lets see what they have to say
