Following my Strike Out hearing on 23rd July I have not received the AQ forms that the court stated had to be returned to them.

How long do they usually take to send the AQ to you?

Check with the court to see if they have been sent out. If not, then you cant return them ?

Still waiting for Cabot/Morgans to comply with DJ's last order for disclosure of documents by Cabot.

Nothing received so far, a waiting game.

DJ unwilling to order strike out, but gave an order to produce the agreements, default notices etc within 28 days.

If the 28 days is now up, suggest you make another app for a strike out as they are really taking the proverbial with the court & you. Maybe the DJ will now recognise it!

Any knowledge I possess or advice I proffer is based solely on my experiences in the University of Life. Please make your own assessment of legality, risks & costs before taking any action.

Could a MOD please mark this as a success.

Morgans/Cabot have agreed to discontinue and confirmed with my solicitors that it will not be sold on. They are just resolving the costs Cabot have to pay.

Thanks to all (too many to mention) incl sillygirl and PT and his fellow legal associates.
