Hi

I'm hoping someone will be able to offer me some advice on an issue I've been having with a former employer. In June 08 I was made redundant when the said company went down. I was owed a significant amount of money which they claimed they couldn't pay. To date the company has not gone into liquidation or receivership and is still listed as active on the Companies House website. I initiated a tribunal after which I was awarded a default judgement in my favour on 24th September 2008. The company was then given a 42 day period to pay before the debt began accruing interest. The 42 day period ran out on 5th November 08 and the company had still not paid. Through various research I found out that the way to enforce the payment was through a County Court Judgement. After even more research I acquired form N322A 'Application To Enforce An Award' from my local courts. At this stage there is a lack of available information on exactly how to fill this out and where/who to send it to. I am aware I have to pay some fees at this point but again to whom and how much. I would be extremely grateful if anyone would be able to offer any advice as how to proceed. Many thanks
