I have been going through my claims file and have a stayed claim against Barclaycard. It was stayed pending the test case result.

 

Should I apply to have the stay lifted and press on with this?

Did you start this Claim using MCOL.

...........in which case, you should send a letter of objection to the Court Manager based on the link I posted above.

 

You shouldn't have to pay an Application Fee as the Stay was made in error, but see how you get on and let us know.
