HI, very much a newbie at this.....

as i already have bank statements going back 9 years, do i still need to send the first letter in sequence? or once i've gather all the charges together, can i start with the second one?

 

hope this isn't a daft question.

Welcome to cag :)

 

As you have all of your statements, you can send your prelim letter together with

your schedule of charges, giving them 14days to reply, then send your lba given

them a further 14days.
