Christmas week, other things on my mind etc.... miss calculated bank charges due to come out of my account ,(only 2.50) and it caused my account to go into the red.....by 6p!! I rectified it the next day. I now have to pay a 25.00 pounds bank charge!!! I have asked the bank for any leniency ' they said they couldn't, it wouldn't be fair to other customers'. Surely this is completely dispraportionate? is there anything else i can do??

HI, very much a newbie at this..... as i already have bank statements going back 9 years, do i still need to send the first letter in sequence? or once i've gather all the charges together, can i start with the second one? hope this isn't a daft question.
