?An update I have not heard from MBNA since the sale to Experto until today I received a cheque for over 200.00 saying they found an error in the way credits were added to my account and I was due a refund I do not have to do anything as the account is closed. Whats that all about

Do keep that letter.. it states the account is closed.. so IMHO, that means it is done and dusted.

If the other shower turn up again, just simply advise that you have received notice from MBNA that the account has been closed..

It is fairly obvious that there has been some problems that MBNA have been forced to resolve.. it would certainly be interested to find out exactly what those problems were..
