Wouldn't have worked with my OH. Apparently I'm a duvet stealer (I don't believe it myself), so he'd have been well up for a quiet night:D

  • 3 weeks later...

Good morning

talking with cleo and milly and all

ref sars recieved from HBOS only letters we have sent no copies of letters they have sent to us ie dn's and termination and threatograms

im thinking now why not ? should they be included as per data i mean they record on the credit ref agencies ie any late payments, they send us statement s with the 12.00 charge, so why not the Default letter sent to us that allows them to register a default at the credit files and our termination letters?

is it now a information commissioner office query?

wonder if the more legal people can help with this pls

laters angel x have a sunny day:-)

IMHO, yes they should include in your SAR, copies of the letters they send to you. However, I think as these are usually "template" letters stored on computer they very rarely do.

Have they not included a history sheet, which details the letters they have sent ?. If not and they wont send you either copies of the letters themselves, or the history sheet showing they have been sent and when, then I guess you could ask the ICO to investigate.

Many thanks citizenb

exactly my mad thoughts hence why im leaning towards the info comm office to investigate,

since we have included within our sars the request of dn, termination, notice of assignment and say these were not included, then how come we have had letters stipulating this was being done to us , and not send in sars

then they have failed to fully comply with the data they hold on us?

catch up laters angel x:wink:
