new novice to CAG. help needed from begining of CCA's

Our company went into insolvency earlier this year, but to keep things going, we paid out of our own pocket, work bills, wages etc. We also had 5 vehicles for work but in our own name, although the direct debit payment came from the work account. Because of the insolvency, we have been left with £140,000 of debt, on CCA's and credit cards. We also have a mortgage and a charge for the overdraft facility of £300,000, although only £130,000 is outstanding. We don't know where to start or what to do. We have stuck our heads in the sand and have not spoken to anyone about this, but we are really desperate now we have a court claim from one of the creditors. We are really niave and need help desperately.
